I am Heather DeElena and I am your mortgage loan originator! I joined the mortgage business in 2021, with Mortgage Solutions LP, after leaving a career in teaching. I have found my passion and plan to continue to do this for the rest of my life. I am family-oriented (having 4 kids in tow!) and love helping families secure the home of their dreams.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
