I have been Real Estate going back to 2005 when I initially start as a Loan officer. Since then I have remodeled houses, done Electrical work, and a little investing/Rehabbing on the side. In the Fall of 2020 I Rejoined my brother’s at The Schutze Brothers Team going back to my roots as a Loan Officer. I love working with families placing them with the right loan product and assisting them with their financial goals. At the Schutze Brothers we strive to make the process easy for people going through the Home buying process.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
